Q2: How can I place an order?
A: You can place an order by sending your product list to sales@deguzmangoods.com or using our “Request Pricelist” button on the website. Our sales team will respond promptly with pricing and availability.

Q3: Do I need to create an account to order?
A: No, you can order directly via email or our request form. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view past transactions, and receive exclusive offers.

Q4: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank), GCash, Maya, and Letters of Credit for corporate clients. Flexible terms like Net 15/30 are available upon approval.

Q5: Can I get an official receipt?
A: Yes. All transactions come with a complete sales invoice and official receipt for your records and BIR compliance.

Q6: How long does delivery take?

Q9: What if an item is missing or damaged?
A: Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and order details so we can arrange for a replacement or credit.
